Thank you for your participation in A-SSCC 2022. A-SSCC 2022 is a hybrid event with physical (on-site) and virtual (online) attendance. The physical conference will be held at The Grand Hotel, Taipei, during Nov. 6-9, 2022, while virtual attendance is provided for overseas attendees. The virtual conference can be accessed from the registration system by paid accounts. In the registration system, links for materials will be available before the conference opening. Links for on-demand videos will be available after the conference. All links are valid until Dec. 31, 2022.

The followings are the instructions for the virtual conference about how to setup a Webex client, test Webex platform, join sessions, and conduct the Q&A.

• Please download and install Webex (https://www.webex.com/downloads.html/) in advance.
• Note: It is recommended to install Webex client for all operating systems instead of using a browser version. This would help avoid any issues that might be caused because of your browser.

• Each session will have a session assistant, one or two session chairs (at least one session chair on-site), presenters, and participants.
• Session assistant facilitates the use of technology (NAME: z-Assistant *).
• Session chair(s) is present to coordinate the session and manage Q&A.

• To familiarize yourself with the operation of the conference platform, please click the link anytime during 09:00 – 23:59 (UTC+8), Nov. 4, 2022.

• The links to join Webex sessions are available in the web pages of “Broadcast in Real Time” in the registration system. You don't need a Webex account to join Webex meetings. However, participants are requested to show your full name in the Webex meetings
  
• For who are interested in SDC Exhibition, FPGA Demo, and Industry Demo, after you enter the Webex meeting, please find the topic in which you are interested in the “Breakout Sessions”, which is at the top of the menu in Webex client. (On-site teams may not demo on-line.)
  

• All speakers will present their papers on-site or on-line in real time. After each topic, there is a Q&A.
• Conducting the Q&A in the virtual conference
  • Please click the “Raise hand” button to ask questions.
  • The session chair will call on the raised hands one by one to ask their questions.
  • If there are any questions posted on the public chat, the session chair will read these questions after all the oral questions have been asked and answered.
